I don’t know which size to pick, can you help?

I really liked [insert item here] but it's sold out, do you have another one?
Each item in the store is one of a kind so if you like something it’s best to buy it ASAP because they tend to sell out fast! With the shorts we do usually have batches of similar pairs in all sizes pretty often, so if there was a pair you really liked keep checking back because we will likely have something similar very soon. However vintage items (shoes, bags, accessories), are one of a kind and once they’re gone, they’re gone!
I really like [insert item here] but it's not my size, do you have another one in my size?
If there isn't a pair available in your size at the moment, they probably are sold out. However we do usually do add batches of similar styles as we get them, so keep checking back and we should have something in your size very soon!
Will my item look just like the one in the picture?
Each item in the store is one of a kind so what you see in the pictures is exactly what you'll get.
However we occasionally have some styles that are available in multiple sizes from one listing, letting you choose which size you'd like. Those pairs may vary slightly from the pictures, but will always be the same style/cut/color, and it will be noted in the listing if it's a custom size listing.
Are the shorts used?
Most of the denim we use is vintage and pre-owned, so they probably have been worn in the past. Also since they are vintage they may show signs of age and have some small flaws, so be sure to read the whole description and check the "condition" detail on the item pages, too.
Why does the size on the tag not equal the size I ordered?
Most of our shorts are made from vintage jeans, which tend to shrink over the years and will have a larger measurement on the tag than their current waist measurement. This is why we only list the measurements of the shorts, and not the actual tagged size, just to avoid confusion.

Do you ship internationally? How much does it cost?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping for shorts starts at $17.50 per order and usually takes between 1-2 weeks for delivery. You can see detailed shipping info on our Shipping & Payment page.
Shipping for shoes/bags varies depending on weight and you can use the shipping calculator on the shopping cart page to see rates to your area.
I need my package faster, are there other shipping options?
Definitely! USPS Express mail is available worldwide; you can choose it as your shipping method on the last page of checkout. You can also Contact Us or see our Shipping & Payment page for more info on express shipping.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). We also accept bank account payments through PayPal.
OTHER QUESTIONS
I ordered a pair of shorts and they’re too big/small, can I return them?
All sales are final and we're not able to issue refunds on items that don't fit, so please be sure to know your measurements and compare them to the measurements in the listing to be sure you'll end up with the perfect pair!
Exchanges are accepted within the U.S. only, and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You will be emailed a store credit code once your item is received back. Exchanges much be intiated within 2 days of receiving your package. Please Contact Us for info on an exchange. Other clothing & accessories from the vintage/accessories section are final sale.
How should I wash my new shorts?

Do you have a physical store so I can try them on?
Sorry, we're online only. However if you know your measurements, and see our Size Guide, you should be able to pick a perfect fitting pair!
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! You can see our custom order product page here.
Do you wholesale?
We're not able to offer traditional wholesaling since each pair is handmade, one of a kind, and there's only one per size/style. However we offer 40% off orders of 10 or more pairs (or minimum purchase of $550) using coupon code: WHOLESALE during checkout.
I'm trying to log in, but can't find where to create a new account!
The option to create an account is given at the end of the checkout process after your order is placed. It's basically only just to save your shipping/billing information to make checkout faster for your future purchases.
